For Lindsay Kaeding, becoming Chief Executive Officer of Raise the Future is the next chapter in a career devoted to children, youth, and families.

For nearly 25 years, Lindsay has helped shape Raise the Future through leadership in development, communications, fundraising, and strategic partnerships. Whether leading fundraising efforts, building community partnerships, or strengthening communications, she has remained focused on one thing: ensuring every young person has caring adults who stand beside them throughout their lives and that families receive the support they need to thrive.

"For nearly 25 years, I've had the privilege of witnessing the resilience of youth and families and the incredible difference that caring adults can make in a young person's life. As CEO, Lindsay will lead Raise the Future as it continues to expand opportunities for youth experiencing foster care to build lasting relationships with caring adults while strengthening support for youth, families, and caregivers.
