WSJF is focused on helping young people (ages 14-26) succeed in adulthood. We have received recognition for our leadership, including the 2024 John Burton Advocates for Youth Champion of the Year, 2024 Partner of the Year from the California Association of Local Conservation Corps, and the 2018 Bernard Osher Philanthropist of the Year from the Network of California Community College Foundations.

Gene Haas Foundation

Over time, the Foundation’s mission expanded to support a cause Gene Haas is deeply passionate about: enhancing manufacturing education and introducing young people to careers in industry. The Foundation now plays a significant role in advancing technical education through several initiatives: Scholarship grants awarded to schools for students to receive CNC training

El Pomar Foundation

Our Staff, Trustees, and Fellows are the heartbeat of the Foundation’s 85-year commitment to the people of Colorado. We are a team of nearly 65 who contribute in a variety of ways to reaching every corner of the state in pursuit of El Pomar’s mission of enhancing, encouraging, and promoting the current and future well-being of the people of Colorado.

Caring for Colorado Foundation

Working with young people, their parents and caregivers, and community leaders, we fund programs, organizations, and systems that help young people successfully navigate the adolescent period with hope, joy, and resilience. We leverage our experience, partnerships, and resources to implement strategies designed to unlock the potential within every young person in Colorado and offer them opportunities to live full and happy lives.

Today’s young people are our future. Together, we can and must invest in them to advance equity in health, well-being, and opportunity.

The George S. and Dolores Doré Eccles Foundation

The George S. and Dolores Doré Eccles Foundation is dedicated to serving the people of the State of Utah by carrying forth the philanthropic interests and goals of its founders. The Foundation supports projects and programs that have the potential to make a significant difference in bettering Utah’s communities and enriching the quality of life of its citizens.

The McDaniel Family Foundation

The McDaniel Family Foundation is a 501(c)(3) founded by Chuck McDaniel with the goal of supporting Colorado nonprofits. The foundation strives to give back to the community through financial contributions. Each year, the McDaniel Family Foundation will provide grants to non-profits in Colorado that provide support to women and children in need.

The Denver Children's Foundation

The Denver Children’s Foundation (DCF) is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit comprising more than 100 young men who volunteer a substantial amount of time to raise money on behalf of disadvantaged, at-risk youth in our local community. Our mission targets underserved youth in the most marginalized segments of our community. Almost 85% of the youth supported through our grants live in low-income or poverty conditions, represent communities of color, and suffer disproportionately from the effects of social, health, education, and economic disparities.

The Nevada Bar Foundation

The Nevada Bar Foundation (NBF) was incorporated in 1997 as the 501(c)(3) charitable arm of the State Bar of Nevada. The NBF was organized to support charitable giving related to access to justice and legal education programs.

The Williamsen Family Foundation was created to support and fulfill the family’s charitable endeavors. We value a wide range of charitable causes with a primary focus in the fields of education, health care, humanitarian, and family services.

Mabel Y. Hughes Charitable Trust

The Mabel Y. Hughes Charitable Trust was established under the Last Will and Testament of Mabel Y. Hughes, a resident of Denver, Colorado. Ms. Hughes died on April 9, 1969. Her legacy of giving continues through grants to charitable organizations in the state of Colorado

Caesars Foundation is the philanthropic arm of Caesars Entertainment, supporting nonprofit organizations that strengthen communities through education, sustainability, and initiatives that improve quality of life. Fred and Jean Allegratti Foundation

As a family foundation dating back to 1994, our enduring mission is to provide financial support to various charitable organizations that serve the communities in which we live, which include Southwest Florida, Colorado, and New Mexico.

We award grants to charitable organizations in these areas to improve the lives of children, adults, the elderly, animals, and those who are physically challenged. The selected nonprofits use our grants to improve quality of life through humanitarian support, medical treatment, housing, education, and the arts.
