Prenatal exposure to drugs, alcohol, smoking, and other substances can have a major impact on a child’s healthy growth and development. In Part I, we explored the facts and myths about intrauterine exposures, including the differences and similarities in diagnoses, the effects these substances have on children as they grow, and how changing our perspectives as parents or caregivers can make living with substance-exposed children less chaotic and far more hopeful. This webinar is a follow-up to Part I and focuses on supportive strategies for children living with the impacts of prenatal substance exposures. (December 2021)
