The THRIVE Center exists to provide parents with information and training about disabilities; parent and children's rights under the IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act) and other relevant laws; and resources in the Denver Metro area. Our services include parent advising, educational workshops, leadership programs, community and policy outreach, Project Independence, special education eligibility, advocacy and process, and disability and community resources.
