STRiVE (formerly Mesa Developmental Services) provides coordinated care and supports for children and adult residents of Mesa County and beyond who represent the full spectrum of developmental disabilities, neurodevelopmental problems, co-occurring behavioral health disorders and co-occurring physical disabilities. We provide assistance with housing, employment/day programming, independent daily living, early intervention and parenting/family support, autism diagnosis and support, case management, medical and behavioral health assistance, and transportation.
