Lauren Simpson is a LIcensed Psychologist (PsyD). She works with families and individuals with trauma histories, depression or anxiety as well as sibling relational concerns. She has extensive training in Trauma Systems Therapy and Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy. She is also trained as a Certified Parent Educator through Positive Discipline. She has a particular passion for serving siblings of children living with mental illness or trauma and she has developed a group for this population in particular called Brothers and Sisters Hand in Hand that provides psychoeducation and support.
