Raise the Future is delighted to announce that we have selected a new CEO!
Selecting a new executive to lead our organization was the culmination of a thoughtful and inclusive process facilitated by the search firm Kittleman and Associates. Our new CEO brings many talents to this role, including leadership of nonprofits and operationally complex organizations, broad community relationships, experience leveraging community knowledge and resources, business acumen, and integrity. We can't wait for you to meet her when we make the official announcement on September 20th!

- She was named one of the Top 25 Most Powerful Women in Business by the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce in 2020.
- She has been at the forefront of diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, not only in her most recent position but at many other organizations where she has worked as a consultant, board member, and donor.
- References described her as empathetic, compassionate, and visionary. They also called her a clear thinker, a hard worker, and emphasized her commitment to children, especially those who are underserved or marginalized.
