CenterSpot Parents
CenterSpot is a self-care program and support network with a focus on parents of teenagers. We help parents cultivate a greater sense of center, connection, and confidence. Each CenterSpot Parent Connection Group provides opportunities for group and one-to-one sharing among parents. Each meeting also offers one or more "CPRs" (or Centering Practice Recommendations) designed to breathe the life back into exhausted parents. Some meetings will also feature a guest speaker. At CenterSpot, we expand the word "teen" to include all of adolescence, which can encompass ages from 9 to 26. And we welcome anyone in the parenting role to our meetings, whether biological parents, foster and adoptive parents, grandparents, or other caregivers.
