North Metro is one of 20 Community Centered Boards serving people with developmental disabilities in Colorado. North Metro serves as the single point of entry for services to eligible people in Adams County (not including the city of Aurora). Services include case management, early intervention, family support services, children’s home and community based services, support services for adults that live at home or on their own, funding for day and residential programs, and Resource Coordination services for children and adults.
